Following a lengthy career at Oval Insurance Broking using and developing Acturis, Lucy worked as a Business Analyst for SSP further developing her systems knowledge. Suzy works alongside Lucy providing day-to-day technical support for users and is the first port of call for any user queries. Suzy helps to ensure we make full use of Acturis functionality and configures Acturis to achieve the best results for our partners.

Acturis is a feature-rich system but some of those features come at a cost for setup, usage and maintenance. We are investing significantly in features that make life simpler and more efficient for our partners and we cover all the extra costs – it’s all part of the service.
