Our business is growing. And fast. Just last year, we posted double digit profits (year on year) so we’re looking for a Team Leader to join our team in Leicester.

We are looking to recruit a Team Leader to join our team in Leicester.
Responsibilities will include leading the team to support Momentum Appointed Representatives in developing their business by assisting them in the conversion of new business, service of existing accounts and retention of renewals.
Your tasks will be…
Ensuring smooth running of the team through effective allocation of enquires/workload, conducting regular 1-2-1s to develop individual team members
Ensure that renewals are processed according to documented procedures and within appropriate timescales
Ensure all outstanding actions are recorded appropriately within the system diary and followed up accordingly
Respond positively to all enquiries received from AR’s, AR Clients and underwriters in a courteous and helpful manner
Ensure that Acturis records are created and/or maintained for all clients
Complete administration duties as required including issuing invoices and insurance documents
We need you to have…
You must have at least two years’ experience in commercial insurance as an account handler with strong communication and negotiation skills. Ideally you will have a broad product knowledge range with good existing relationships with insurers.
