Commercial Account Handler

We’re looking for a Commercial Account Handler who’s proactive, detail-oriented and passionate about great service. Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and genuinely enjoys making a difference for brokers and their clients.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll work closely with our Broker Partners (Appointed Representatives), providing high-quality support across a range of commercial insurance products. Whether it’s managing new business, renewals or mid-term adjustments, you’ll be a key part of delivering the kind of service our brokers rely on.
Your role will include:
- – Assisting brokers in the conversion of new business and retention of renewals
- – Processing mid-term adjustments accurately and efficiently
- – Responding promptly to broker queries and requests
- – Managing day-to-day broking and client service tasks using Acturis
- – Building positive working relationships with our broker partners and insurance providers
- – Liaising with insurers to chase documents and resolve queries when required

What you’ll bring:
- – Experience in commercial insurance – ideally in a broking support role
- – A proactive mindset with the confidence to manage your own workload
- – Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- – High levels of accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of administration
- – Experience using Acturis (or similar broking platform)
