Quality & Compliance Manager
We back brilliant brokers – and that means providing the right support, systems and oversight to help them operate with confidence. We’re looking for a Quality & Compliance Manager to help shape and uphold the standards that protect our business, our broker partners and their clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with deep compliance experience, strong technical knowledge, and a hands-on, practical approach. You’ll play a key role in driving a culture of quality and professionalism across our growing network.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll lead on all things compliance, delivering a programme of work that promotes high standards, ensures regulatory requirements are met, and helps our broker partners succeed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- – Maintaining, enhancing and monitoring our compliance framework to ensure it meets both regulatory and business needs
- – Overseeing file audits and reporting on quality standards across our Appointed Representative (AR) network
- – Monitoring and supporting the performance of Broker Partners and broking teams to ensure consistent compliance with procedures
- – Leading on thematic reviews and delivering effective recommendations
- – Coaching and guiding broker partners to improve outcomes and embed compliance best practice
- – Keeping the business informed on key regulatory changes and FCA expectations
- – Supporting the Compliance Director with reporting and wider quality initiatives
You’ll be a visible and respected presence across the business, working with teams who value compliance and understand its role in building a resilient, trusted service for clients.
What you’ll bring:
- – Extensive experience in compliance within the UK general insurance market (AR network experience would be a bonus)
- – A strong grasp of FCA requirements, particularly as they relate to brokers and insurance intermediaries
- – The ability to build credibility quickly and work collaboratively across different teams and functions
- – A solution-focused mindset – someone who can balance risk management with practical, commercial understanding
- – Confidence in using data to drive decisions, with excellent reporting and communication skills
