Senior Commercial Account Handler

What you’ll be doing.
As a key part of our Broking Team, you’ll play an important role in supporting our broker partners across a wide range of commercial risks. From preparing renewals and new business presentations to liaising with insurers and maintaining strong relationships, you’ll ensure our brokers and their clients receive exceptional service at every step.
Your day-to-day will include:
- – Assisting our Broker Partners (Appointed Representatives) with the conversion of new business, servicing of existing accounts, and retention of renewals
- – Developing strong working relationships with broker partners and underwriters alike
- – Responding positively and professionally to all enquiries – whether from brokers, their clients, or insurers
- – Ensuring quotations are obtained in line with our broking strategy and standards

What you’ll bring:
- – Proven experience in commercial insurance broking or underwriting
- – Strong understanding of UK commercial lines products
- – Excellent client service and communication skills
- – The confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- – Good attention to detail, with strong IT and system skills (Acturis experience a bonus)
