We have a team of over 50 brokers, all dedicated to supporting our partners. And we do mean dedicated – it’s their sole focus. They are passionate about what they do and driven to be the best.
Many of our teams include apprentices who are finding their feet in the industry, and we support them as they work towards their CII qualifications.
We’ve called Leicester home since we started in 2010. While some of the team work off-site, there’s always plenty of buzz around the office.

Our Quality and Compliance Team take the stress out of FCA regulations. They provide plain English explanations, clear guidance, and are always on hand to offer whatever support our Broker Partners need.
Our Broker Partners can call on our Marketing Team for any help or advice they need – whether it’s getting to grips with LinkedIn or organising an email campaign.
Our Finance Team are here to help with payment and funding queries, manage commission statements, and take care of client money and insurer reconciliation.
Our dedicated Business Systems team provides all the training our Broker Partners need to get the most out of Acturis and our other systems. We never charge for training – it’s simply part of what we do.
Our Financial Controller, Emma Rippin, is one of several team members who have been with us since day one.
