Commercial Account Handler.
Our business is continually growing – and has done every year since 2010 – so we’re looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join our Broking Team in Leicester.
This is the perfect role for someone with a strong background in commercial insurance having worked in a Handler or Broker type role, who is looking to join a market leading appointed representative network.

This broking role offers hybrid working – primarily based in Leicester. You will have the opportunity to split your working week between our office and your home.

You will:
- Respond positively to all enquiries received from broker partners (ARs), their clients, and underwriters in a courteous and helpful manner
- Develop effective working relationships with broker partners and underwriters
- Ensure that Acturis records are created and/or maintained for all clients
- Ensure quotations obtained are in-line with the broking strategy
- Complete administration duties as required including issuing invoices and insurance documents
- Ensure that renewals are processed according to documented procedures and within appropriate timescales
- Ensure all outstanding actions are recorded appropriately within the system diary and followed up accordingly
- Liaise with accounts department to assist with the credit control process
- Assist our broker partners with claim notifications
- Ensure that any enquiries that are not within your skill set or experience are quickly referred and followed up

- Assist other team members with any duties to ensure smooth running of the office
- Handle enquiries from potential broker partners effectively
- Promote the services of Momentum
